Performance and Features: 1. The inner liner of the furnace is made of stainless steel, which is welded by seam, and the expansion joints are reserved, so that the high temperature does not deform; the outer shell is composed of high-quality thin steel plate and section steel, and the whole box adopts a frame structure. 2. The furnace body insulation system uses high-quality aluminum silicate wool with small thermal conductivity as the filler. 3. The heating system of the furnace body adopts the external heating of seamless stainless steel heating tubes, which are placed at the bottom and both sides of the box body respectively, with the characteristics of anti-corrosion and long service life.
